The 2023 McLaren GT remains the most civilized McLaren you can buy, a grand tourer with 612 HP and 465 ft-lbs from the M840TE 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, designed for cross-country comfort rather than lap times. But the M840TE shares its fundamental architecture with the 720S's M840T, meaning the hardware supports significantly more performance than the factory software allows. Our in-house calibrations are designed to unlock that potential while preserving the GT's refined character.
Stage 1 delivers +68 HP and +80 TQ for a total of approximately 680 HP and 545 ft-lbs. We optimize boost pressure maps and ignition timing for premium fuel, with particular attention to maintaining the smooth, progressive power delivery that defines the GT driving experience. The improvement is felt as effortless additional thrust, the GT pulls more decisively from any speed without losing its touring composure. Stage 2 raises output to 697 HP and 595 TQ, with the significant torque increase being especially noticeable during highway merges and mountain passes. ECU map switching and antilag available. Every calibration developed and tested in-house by Mega 3 Performance, with 500+ McLaren projects of proven expertise and worldwide service.
