In-House Powertrain Calibration
The 675LT revived McLaren's legendary Longtail nameplate with a singular focus: less weight, more power, sharper handling. The M838TL 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 produces 666 HP / 675 PS / 497 kW and 516 lb-ft / 700 Nm, a meaningful upgrade thanks to revised engine internals and a distinctive titanium exhaust that saves weight while improving flow.
Stage 1 calibration adds up to 80 HP / 81 PS / 60 kW and 80 lb-ft / 108 Nm, bringing output to approximately 746 HP / 756 PS / 556 kW and 596 lb-ft / 808 Nm.
Stage 2 extracts up to 105 HP / 106 PS / 78 kW and 100 lb-ft / 136 Nm over stock, pushing the 675LT to roughly 771 HP / 782 PS / 575 kW and 616 lb-ft / 835 Nm. Combined with the car's 100 kg weight savings, the result is an outstanding power-to-weight ratio.
All calibrations are developed for 91 octane and 93 octane fuel. Custom calibrations are available for 100 octane or other race fuels. ECU map switching and antilag are available, though on a car this focused, most owners opt for antilag.
