The first calibration level adds up to 65 HP / 66 PS and 80 lb-ft / 108 Nm. On that basis, Stage 1 output is approximately 691 HP / 701 PS and 633 lb-ft / 858 Nm.
At Stage 2, gains reach up to 90 HP / 91 PS and 120 lb-ft / 163 Nm, yielding estimated figures of 716 HP / 726 PS and 673 lb-ft / 913 Nm. Both stages require an ECU unlock.
ECU Unlock
An ECU unlock is the process of removing the manufacturer's read/write protection on a vehicle's engine control unit, giving tuners access to the internal calibration data using flash tools. This restores the ability to read the original calibration, modify maps and parameters, and write custom software back to the unit, forming the foundation that other services, like map switching or custom calibration, are built on top of. The ECU Unlock is priced at $500 per ECU. The 2027 Land Rover Range Rover Sport SV P635 uses two ECUs (master and slave), and each one must be unlocked.
